Geoectomy-stock Usage Terms of Use

Please note:
All deviations posted under this DeviantART account now fall under the umbrella of this Terms of Use.  We reserve the right to revise the terms of our stock-usage without notice.  Your use of any image under the geoectomy-stock account constitutes acceptance of the following terms:

1) Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License
The stock images offered here are licensed under a Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License  This means that you must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and share your derivative work under the same license.

2) Restrictions of Stock-Image Use
These images are not to be used as content in and of themselves.  We reserve the right to deny stock-usage should the finished product glorify the discrimination of race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, or cruelty to animals.   We are not unreasonable;  we understand the difference between glorification and social commentary.

3) Commercial Uses
You may use our images for commercial ventures.  You no longer need to ask for permission.  If you post derivative works using our images outside of DeviantART, please provide a credit that is clearly displayed on or near the image, including a link to my DeviantArt profile ( geoectomy-stock.deviantart.com ).

4) Credit for Stock-Image Use
Our stock is not free.  You pay for its' use by crediting us.   We no longer have the time to keep up with our practice of listing stock-usage derivatives in the comment section of each stock-image offering.  We still wish to be notified of your works, because we truly enjoy seeing what you do with our images.   

5) Personal Use for Models and Stock-Provider
The models who's likeness appear in your works and  the stock-provider reserve the right to use your derivative work to promote their own services (and yours) both in and outside of DeviantART. This may result in, but is not limited to, links to your work in various social media sites and inclusion in model-portfolios. You will be properly credited in such uses, wherever possible. In no way will your material be used for direct profit unless discussed with you before-hand.

6) Donation for Stock-Use
While not a requirement, we very much appreciate donations made in the form of DeviantArt Points. Points donated to geoectomy-stock go to fund photo-manipulation contests featuring our stock. There is no obligation to donate but if you find our stuff useful, we encourage you to help spread the word by helping to finance some of the stock-photo contests we host.

You may use our images for commercial ventures that do not exceed a print-run of 99 copies.  Please contact me by email at: photos@geoectomy.net for larger commercial ventures.

1. DeviantART Prints - If you are offering derivative work using our images as DeviantART prints, you do not need to ask permission.  We still want the credit, though!
2. External Use (Outside DeviantART - You may post derivative works using our images outside of DeviantART, provided that a credit is clearly displayed on or near the image, including a URL or link to my DeviantArt profile ( geoectomy-stock.deviantart.com ) and that we are shown all pages where our stocks has been used (in any capacity, including WIP's and detail shots)

I think it's past time to start going through the galleries here and weed out those that just aren't in use a whole lot.   I'll be posting repacks of some stuff I really like.   The stuff that gets a lot of use--like the flutter images and flutter-packs, will remain as they are.

I plan to repost some of the Astra Kata picks and packs, which were among my first stock offerings.  I only offered them at 1200 pixels on the long-end.  And I'm sure the originals were larger than that...
